The Road Hammers Nail Deal with Montage Music Group

           Nashville, TN – Montage Music Group unveiled their newest signing, The Road Hammers during CRS 2007.  The group “hammered out” some great music for visiting radio stations and industry insiders alike, during 2 packed shows at the Nashville Convention Center.
 
Jason McCoy, (2004 Canadian Country Music Association Male Vocalist of the Year) Clayton Bellamy, Chris Byrne and Corbett Frasz make up this four-piece band that incorporates the sounds of country, southern rock and blues.
 
“We're looking forward to rockin America with Montage, this is a kick ass label, who get what we do.....we play to live and live to play and hope to make a lot of fans along the way!” says Jason McCoy of The Road Hammers.
 
Already achieving star status in Canada with impressive record sales on their first release, The Road Hammers caught the attention of CMT Canada, who throughout 2004, followed the band and documented their journey on the road and in the studio while making their first album. The footage became a prime time, six-episode reality series on the Canadian network, airing in 2005 and showcasing the lives of these musicians and road warriors and the making of the band.
 
The Road Hammers are the reigning winners of the Canadian Country Music Association’s “Video of the Year” and “Group or Duo of the Year” awards.  They are also distinguished with the Juno award for Best Country Album in spring of 2006.
