The former President of Sony Music Nashville’s background includes retail, distribution, production, management and promotion‚ including launching the ultra-successful Nashville division of Arista Records With experience including promotion, publishing, and artist development at the Arista label, Rabasca returns to the music business after working as a paralegal with one of Nashville’s oldest law firms. Producing, playing, singing, and engineering skills have resulted in seventeen years of RIAA credits with artists ranging from Pam Tillis to Highway 101 to Shania Twain to Montgomery Gentry. An extensive music industry background in Artist Development, Marketing, Retail Merchandising, International, Music Video and Creative Service work marks the base for Haus' twenty year career. She spent eighteen years working for Sony Music in Austin, New York City, and Nashville. A graduate of MTSU’s Recording Industry program, Zea brings a Marketing and Publicity background from Lyric Street Records. Prior to forming his own publishing company, Rymer was VP/GM of the Nashville office of Rondor Music. Prior to that he was at Capitol Records in A&R. He joins Montage Music with over 23 years of experience.

Seventeen years in the business, Wilson brings a wealth of experience in regional and national promotion. He spent ten years in radio and was working at KVOO/Tulsa when tapped for southwest regional promotion at RCA, actually replacing Allen Butler when he left to launch the start-up Arista label. Twenty plus years of music business experience, primarily in regional and national promotion at both RCA and Columbia. Wagner’s background also includes retail and performance. Extensive background that includes air talent & programming at WGKX/Memphis, WCKG/Chicago, and Westwood One Los Angeles. Conlon’s promotion and marketing spans twelve years with the Arista and Columbia labels. As a graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, majoring in Radio/TV/Film, Bucek comes from an extensive radio promotions background, where he climbed the ladder from Assistant to Promotions Director at KSCS and The Texas Twister in Arlington, TX. He was the winner of the 2007 CRS award for large market radio promotion of the year. With experience in artist management, publishing, and production assistance, Sledge’s radio promotion background includes regional promotion at Epic and promotion coordinator at Columbia.
